Why Did Jesus Pray?

Mark 1:21:-39

Jesus continued to show His power by teaching with authority and doing miracles.  The disciples were amazed as much as the people!  Jesus visited Peter’s mother in law and healed her.  In this story we also see Jesus worshiping in two very different places.

  • Prayer brings us closer and closer to God, the Source of our strength.
  • The closer we are, the stronger His light will shine in our lives.
